We at StyleSutrabyKaashvi, have non-returnable policy except the cases where there is manufacturing defect/ damage of some sort, or the product is different from what you ordered.
Package Opening Video

If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to inform us within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.
Please Note
Incase of exchange customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it and bear shipping charges for exchange product.
Exchange Condition
